噴砂房是我公司在蜂窩地板技術的基礎上，自行開發、設計的環保型蜂窩式噴砂（丸）房，可按客戶的產品特性、噴砂要求等設計制作。蜂窩地板噴砂房是利用風機的風力為動力，將磨料通過回料管道吸送到旋風分離器中進行分離，最后進入噴砂系統循環利用。

具備有下優缺點：

1、省去了常規噴砂房砂料輸送煤循環系統的螺旋輸送機，斗式提升機以及地下工程，不需建造地坑，節約了地基施工費用，大大節約了工程成本；

2、研磨材料收集率高，以(yi)及清換(huan)研磨材料；

6、在噴砂房正面房頂上部，配有“聲光報警系統”，在噴砂房內，配有急停呼叫按鈕；

7、各設(she)(she)計(ji)自動調(diao)整選(xuan)用互鎖調(diao)整，當(dang)這里面(mian)一設(she)(she)計(ji)有出現問題時，對應設(she)(she)計(ji)均(jun)停此(ci)(ci)工作中，噴槍停此(ci)(ci)噴射出；

8、房體按照房屋飾品設汁，油漆顏(yan)色簡(jian)略、形象、技術規范，隔(ge)音郊果好，且重(zhong)新(xin)安裝(zhuang)省時。
